She is survived by: her children, John Blakely and Katrina O'Neal; her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Brianna, John and Bella; and her siblings, Michael O'Neal, Dilly O'Neal, Jerry Bowen and Helen Godbee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
