He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Leonard Westberry and Olyne Savannah Westberry; and his brothers, Rufus, Frank, Alvin and Tony.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Faye Westberry; his sons, David Westberry (Leslie) and Ivan Westberry (Amanda); and his brother John. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
