He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William Adkinson and Dorothy Lucille Felton Adkinson; and his brothers, Wayne Adkinson and Doug Adkinson. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Adkinson; his sons, Reid Alan Adkinson (Maggie), Travis Aron Adkinson (Lauren), Colby Adam Adkinson (Jessie) and Brad Ashlee Adkinson (Misty); his grandchildren, Luke, Colton, Eli, Tucker, Silas, Asher, Ridge, Madison and Parker; and his half-sister Barbara Susan Burk.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
