She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kitchens and Florence Shope Kitchens; and her siblings, Jimmy Kitchens, Grace Holifield Albrycht and Carolyn Kitchens (late Charles Whidby).
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Whidby (Donna) and Mark Whidby (Sandy) of Haddock; her siblings, Judy Robert (John), Nancy Crooms (Jimmy) and Bobby Kitchens; her close friend Joe Weaver; and her caregiver Barbara Edwards. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Jones County Animal Shelter.
