He is survived by: his wife Jean Smoot Brooks; his children, Kristen LeAnne Brooks and Billy Wayne Brooks III (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Jordan Norville, MaKayla Malcom, Kyndall Malcom, Dana Norville and Brinley Jeanette Brooks; and his brother Jessie Judson Brooks, Sr..
