He is survived by: his wife Deanna Bivins of Haddock, Georgia; his daughters, Melissa Bivins (Tina Whittier) of Richmond Hill and Marsha Dennard (Ted) of Haddock, Georgia; his grandchildren, Grant Barrett and Ruby B. Horne; and his siblings, Guy A. Bivins and Charlotte Bivins Knight.
