He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton Fulghum and Rosa Joyce Fendley Kelley. He is survived by: his siblings, James Marvin Fulghum of Adel, Georgia and Patricia; his brother-in-law David Stacey of Sevierville, Tennessee; and his daughters, Tina (Mark Russ) and Kathy (Matt Begue). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (1804 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home (1804 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620).
