He is survived by: his wife Gwen Couch of Hahira, GA; his daughter Laura Veltkamp (Rich Veltkamp) of Springfield, GA; his stepson Steven King of Hahira, GA.; his grandchildren, Kelley Taylor (Andrew Taylor) of Jacksonville, FL, Cara Bevill (Eric Bevill) of Sylvania, GA, Wynter Valeo of Springfield, GA and Reed King of Hahira; his great grandchildren, Emalynn, Myla and Amelia; his brother Darryl Couch (Becky Couch) of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law JoBeth Cowart of Hahira, GA; his siblings, Angela Dykstra (Guy Souther) of San Gabriel, CA and Dean Dykstra (Christi Trow) of Bountiful, UT.; and his uncle Larry (Carolyn Carroll).
