He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Gebhart, Sr. and Anna Mae Wells Gebhart; and his daughter Angela Gebhart. He is survived by: his wife Tina Gebhart; and his children, Jennifer (Scott), Brian (Mandi) and Brandon (December). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
