She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Brown; her siblings, Charles Fletcher, Felix Fletcher, James Fletcher, Roderick Fletcher, Norman Fletcher, Lonnie Fletcher and Marie Beach; and her great grandchild Jake Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Brakefield; her granddaughters, Lindsey Long (BJ Long) and Amanda Murphy (Travis Murphy); and her brother Jerry Fletcher (Polly Fletcher). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Choudrant Memorial Cemetery.
