He is survived by : his brother Bob Fontana; his children, Dale Fontana (Janet), Susan Fontana Cannaday (Chris) and David Fontana; his grandchildren, Allison Fontana, Kevin Fontana, Roy Cannaday, Justin Cannaday, Kelsey Fontana and Leanne Fontana; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Scott Daniel, Violet, Karsen and Skye.
