He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Austin Fulton and Ella Mae Mullins Fulton; his wife Wanda Jean Wallace Fulton; his son Mark Fulton; his siblings, Eugene Fulton and Glenita Fulton Morehead; and his grandchildren, Josiah Fulton and Johanna Price Calfee.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Fulton (Penny), Rachel Price (Jim), David Fulton (Janet) and Ruth Smith (Dale). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berea Christian Church (37 Woolsey Rd, Hampton, GA 30228). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Berea Cemetery (47 McDonough St, Hampton, GA 30228).
