He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lumpkin and Amanda Mote Echols; and his sons, Gregory and Anthony. He is survived by: his wife June Echols; and his daughter Connie Estes (Garey). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and 3 brothers.
