With sadness, we share the passing of Glenn Edward Mitchell of Hampton, Georgia. Glenn, born on August 31, 1939 in Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on October 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Mitchell and Valerie Webster Mitchell; his brother Bill Mitchell; and his grandson Cooper Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Iris Phillips Mitchell; his son John; his daughter-in-law Christy Mitchell; his daughter Lynn; his son-in-law Greg Gregory; his grandchildren, Ashley, Nick Moore, William Leighton, Hunter Mitchell, Turner Mitchell and Zoe Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Rylan Moore and Declan Moore; and his sister Rosemary Maddox.
