He received his education in the public school system Lovejoy High School Hampton Ga. and continue his education at Fort Valley State University with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work..
At an early age he joined Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where he faithfully attended every Sunday..Jalil was a faithful servant of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity (brotherhood of love).He was outgoing , ambitious and helpful to any and everyone.Jalil has many passions Law Enforcement, Social Work and education.
The passing of Jalil has left an impact on everyone who knew him.His courageous smile and the ability to help others.
