He is survived by : his father George Wade; his wife Shirley Hall Wade; his children, James David Wade, Jr., Mindy Hunt, Misty Clay (Jeff), Scott Wade (Cheryl) and Billy Hunt (Sandy); his grandchildren, Kyle Hunt (Emalee), Katelyn Conaway (Christopher), Mandy Cook (Randall), Colby Edison (Courtney), Trey Price, Reana Kuraska (Joshua) and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Hudson, Sophia, McKinlee, Maren, Lily, Rory, Henry, Ryan, Lydia, Ricky and Addelynn; and his siblings, George "G. W." Wade and Erma Sue Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
