She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Tarpley and Rosemary Pitts Tarpley; her husband Graham Bell; her son-in-law Kenneth Webb, Jr.; her children, Suzanne Webb (Ricky Moore) and Charlie Doe (Nikki); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Webb, James Webb, Emily Nelson (Dylan) and Nathaniel Doe; her great grandchildren, Amelia Webb Nassiri and Ember Webb Wade; her sister Rosemary Spurlin; her niece Julianne Matthys (Brad); her great-nephews, Stephen and Daniel Matthys; and her nephew Duane Smith.

Due to the Covid19 Virus and current restrictions in place by the county the visitation and funeral will be limited to 10 people at a time during the visitation hours, and for the funeral service.
