He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Lane Hendry; his parents, Carlton Hendry and Margie Hendry (Craft); and his brother Roger Hendry. He is survived by: his wife Janet Crow-Hendry; his children, Amanda Brock of Molena and Stuart Andrew Hendry (Stephanie) of Molena; his siblings, Ed Hendry of Hampton and Karen Thompson (Bruce) of McDonough; and his granddaughter Kiya Jayde Brock.
