He is survived by: his wife Gloria Waters; his children, Melissa Lester (Rodney) and Thomas Jeremiah Waters; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Brody, Trenton and Abbey; and his siblings, Elaine McNeal (Ronnie), Tammy Otwell (Derrick), Chris Wade (Renae), Tony Wade, Dee Wade (Patricia) and David Albaugh (Daphne).
