He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Herman Baxter and Bonnie Bell James Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Trina Baxter; his daughters, Tiffany Wilson (Chris) and Tassie George (Cody); and his grandchildren, Anistyn and Logan Wilson.
