He is survived by: his wife Florence R. Watson; and his children, Kaleta Askew (Michael), William L. Carroll, Jr. (Geneva), Amber Horton (Lance), Verlesia W. Thompson (Reginald), Lynn W. Miller and Stephanie W. Reed (Milton). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, other loving relatives and friends.
