With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Creg Smith (Hapeville, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2022 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Creg Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Elmer Smith and Ruby Evelyn Smith (Lutz). He is survived by : his wife Karen Evola Smith; his son Derek (Ashley); his granddaughter Abigail of Waxhaw, NC; his son Grant (Rachel); his grandson Wyatt of West Point, VA.; and also, Charles, Roger, Elton and George. He is also survived by classmates, friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for contributions to be made to the Creg and Karen Smith Endowed Scholarship at Young Harris College, Young Harris, Georgia.
