He was predeceased by : his parents, Ethel Webb (Bettye Jane Webb) and Eugene Webb of Hapeville; and his brother Eugene Baxter Webb. He is survived by : his friend Ed Cheshire; his children, Mark Webb (Renee) and Robin Webb of St Simons Island; his grandchildren, Sydney Galego, Drue Galego of St. Simons Island and Ailsa Webb (Rome); his sister Faye Anderson (Richard); his niece Melissa Price (Richard); and his sister-in-law Ann Webb of Palm Beach, FL.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers any memorial contributions be made to Christ Church Frederica, Arbor Day Foundation or any charity of your choice.
