He was predeceased by : his parents, Dave Lines and Bee Lines; and his siblings, Denise Lines and Glenn Lines. He is survived by : his wife Katherine Lines; his children, Heather Stubblefield (Andrew), Andy Lines (Lauren) and Nick Lines (Christine); his brothers, David Lines (Patricia), Steve Lines (Shelley) and Greg Lines (Maria); and his grandchildren, Noah Stubblefield, Chandler Lines, Jonah Stubblefield, Grayson Lines, Abbi Stubblefield, Braeden Lines and Millie Lines.
