He is survived by : his wife Janet Ortiz; his children, Angel "AJ" Ortiz, Jr. and Jennifer Roseanna Ortiz (Cember); his siblings, Mael Maisonet, Domingo Ortiz, Jr., Anna Ortiz and Milagros Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Fabien E. Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, III and Calliope Ortiz-Slavens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
