She was predeceased by: her brother Johnnie Neal Duff, Jr. of Florida. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Surber of South Dakota, Kathy Oxen of Florida, Johnnie L. Surber of Arkansas and Joel Surber of Arkansas; and her sisters, Peggy Edwards of Harlem, Eileen Tucker of Grovetown and Judy Pippenger of Dearing. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Harlem Memorial Cemetery South Bell (310 S Bell St, Harlem, GA 30814).
