She was predeceased by: her husband James Everett Trout; her daughters, Jelinda Trout and Linda Waugh; and her parents, William Chapman and Mary Tolley Chapman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Weese (Dennis) and Belinda Pollett; and her grandchildren, Branden Pollett (Kathryn), Dillen Pollett (Taylor), Brenda Michele Eisentraeger, Rachel Sue Daniel (Tim), Robert Kenneth Waugh, Jr. and James Everett Waugh. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Homes – West Chatham Chapel (901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322). A burial was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at the Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery (1336 Dean Forest Rd, Savannah, GA 31405).
