He is survived by: his mother Helen Waltower (Willie) of Hephzibah, GA; his siblings, Bobby Bennett (Yvonne) of Philadelphia, PA, Gwendolyn Green of Harlem, GA, Wilhemenia Lampkin (Francis) of Harlem, GA and Judy Turner of Grovetown; his stepsiblings, Barbara Ann Bennett and Jonathan Bennett of Dearing, GA; and his aunts and uncles, Sadie Frails of Harlem, GA, Carolyn Grier of Dearing, GA, Theresa Guyton of Harlem, GA, Brenda Lee of Dearing, GA, Joe Lee, Jr. of Harlem, GA and Wilbur Lee (Astrid) of Amsterdam, Netherlands.. He is also survived by nine nieces, ten nephews, eight great nieces, fourteen great nephews and one great-great nephew and a host of cousins, other relatives and additional friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Taylor Funeral Home (911 Appling Harlem Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bottsford Spring Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (2154 7 Oaks Rd, Waynesboro, GA 30830).
