He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Payne and Virginia Payne; his sister Sandra Faye Brackett; and his granddaughter McClay Dale Powell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Payne; his children, Robby Payne and Kristie Payne; his granddaughter Peyton Lewis; and his brothers, Shih-Tzus, Daisie Mae and Clovie Jane.
