She was predeceased by: her significant other Fred Blackstone; and her grandson Jason Walker. She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Cosby (Dan), Tracey Jordan (Jeff) and Sandy Sherry (Eric); her sister Sherrill Duckro (Larry); her grandchildren, Daniel Cosby, Ryan Cosby, Cody Bohler and Haley Doherty; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Lily, Donovan and Ben.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in her memory.
