She was predeceased by: her father Dolfus Tankersley Sr.; and her grandson Antonio Lee. She is survived by: her mother Aleen Tankersley; her children, Renee Tankersley and Alvis Washington, Jr.; her great grandchild Ayven Arrington; and her siblings, Louise Jones, Penelope Johnson, Dolfus Tankersley Jr. and Gary Tankersley (LaShonda). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
