He was predeceased by : his mother Parlee Wittstock; and his wife Imogene Northcutt. He is survived by : his children, Tammie Holloway (Todd), Renee Dillard (Todd), Jamie Northcutt and James Northcutt Jr. (Maureen); and his stepchildren, Janice M. Deal (Michael), Kenneth D. Moore, Nathan H. Moore, Katherine M. Nelson (Stuart), Alan A. Moore (Shauna), Elizabeth M. Nielson (John), Linda Moore and Angela Moore. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
