He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Garris Barrett; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Chris Chastain; his son Clint Barrett; and his siblings-in-law, Hazel Barrett and Leroy Black.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
