He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Wheeler and Billie Wheeler; and his sisters, Daisy Ansley and Debra Welch. He is survived by: his wife Denise; and his children, Anne Marie Webb (Jason), Michael Vernon Wheeler Jr. and John Wheeler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church (739 US-78, Harlem, GA 30814). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
