We announce the death of Nancy Silas Sator of Harlem, Georgia, who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 83. Nancy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary H. Silas and Dorothy Silas Williams; and her husband Mike. She is survived by: her nephew Clay Silas; her great grandchild Caden Summers; her children, Gary Jones (Michele), Adam Jones (Rhonda), Gene Jones, Kara Summers (Jimmy) and Donna Bruce (Lawrence); her brother Cary Silas (Brenda); her grandchildren, Lauren, Melanie (Mark), Raegan, Gracie, Adam, Jr., Ashley, Colie, Hope, Brooke (Ryan), Christopher, Beth (Morrice) and Jim; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Levi, Abby, Chloe, Evelyn, Anna Kate, Jace, Maddisyn, Charis, August, Graham, Oakleigh and Rhett; her niece Kim Martinez (David); and her great-nephew Tucker Meadows. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the South Harlem Memorial Gardens (S Bell St, Harlem, GA 30814).
