He was predeceased by: his father Robert Carl Blair, Sr.; and his brother Brian Blair. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Blair Whitten; his brother Bill Blair (Sheila); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Blair, Meghan Simmons and Baily Ryals. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Harlem Methodist Church (115 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
