She is survived by: her husband Jay Blackburn; her son Prince William "Will" Blackburn; her stepson Jacob Smith; her mother Sherry Clark; her goddaughter Carly Wolf Thompson (Justin); her sisters, Mary Tracy and Katrina Tracy Langdon; her friends, Christine Lever, Claudia Benning, Barbie Graham, Yvette Godbee, Barbara Turner and Victoria Hollimon; and her pets, OJ and Silver Grace Kelly.
A reception will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or McDuffie Friends and Animals.
