She was predeceased by : her parents, Hubert Hayes and Gertrude Hayes; and her brother Bailey Hayes. She is survived by : her husband William "Don" Smith; her daughters, Dianna Moyer (Tony) and Dana Jones (Kirk); her grandchildren, Ivey Jones and Levi Moyer; and her siblings, Lois Rogers and John Hayes.
