She is survived by: her children, Dale M. Daniel (Dale P.) of Demorest, GA and Wallace Jr.; her adoptive daughters, Jennifer Jones (Donnie) of Evans, GA and Farrah Payne (Randall) of Appling, GA; her grandchildren, Michelle Haynes (Jeffery) of Douglasville, GA, Lee III of Metairie, LA, Christopher McCullough of Cumming, GA and Sean McCullough (Lauren) of Dallas, GA; her great grandchildren, Macie Pittman of Roswell, GA, Toby Pittman of Augusta, GA, Tucker, Rachel Payne of Appling, GA, Michael Haynes of Douglasville, GA and Simone McCullough of New Orleans, LA.; her sister Gaye Patrick (George) of Sylvania, GA; her sisters-in-law, Annette Forehand of Hiltonia, GA, Mary Stewart (Lew) of Evans, GA and Jerri McCullough of Martinez, GA; and her aunt Betty McCullough of Richmond Hill, GA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
