He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Patricia Moore; his sons, William Frank Moore, Jr. and Robert Bruce Moore; his brothers, Mickey Moore and D. B. Moore, Jr.; his son Scott Moore; his granddaughters, Savannah Moore, Destiny Moore and Danica Renew; his grandparents, Gary Moore (Maureen) and Jeannie Swain; and also Ann Parnell.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to The American Cancer Society in Frank's memory, recognizing his enduring commitment to the well-being of others.
