She is survived by: her children, Mandel C. Waters, Jr. (Susie) of Harrison, Laura Lea Waters Smith of Harrison, Randall Carlton "Randy" Waters of Harrison and Jimmy C. Waters (Nancy) of Tennille. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great-Great Grandchildren.
