He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Brown Waters; his parents, Mandle C. Waters Sr. and Joan B. Waters Brantley; and his brother Frank Waters. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Lindsey of Sandersville, Robert Lindsey of Sandersville, Amber Stephens (Gamamiel) of Sandersville and Jon Waters (Megan) of Milledgeville; and his siblings, Mandle C. Waters Jr. (Susie) of Harrison, Laura W. Smith of Harrison and Jimmy Waters (Nancy) of Sandersville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
