With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Webb (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on May 10, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Woodall and Evelyn Stancil; her husband John Webb; and her brothers, Leroy Ramey and Gerry Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Woodard Tiger Ga (Jean), Denise Rider Eastanollee (Ricky), Becky Wilson Hartwell Ga, Freddie Wilson Martin Ga (Crystal Latiolais) and Christopher Wilson Toccoa (Carrie); and her siblings, Charles Ramey, Doug Ramey, Gene Woodall, Patricia Collins and Catherine Locke. She is also survived by 55 Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
