He is survived by : his wife Cindy Duncan Pace; his daughter Amanda Shoemaker (Eric); his grandchildren, Olive of Decatur, GA, Milo Shoemaker of Decatur, GA and Patricia "Patty" Pace of Greer, SC; and his sisters, Carol P. Hallman of Greenville, SC and Martha P. Ponce of Greer, SC..
