Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles Noah leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his mother Florine Maxwell; and his brother Ralph Maxwell. He is survived by: his daughter Renee Maxwell of Hartwell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643).
