With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David J Weyer (Hartwell, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Graffius Weyer and Dorothy Elizabeth Weyer (Weibley); and his brothers, James Weibley, Richard Weyer and Charles Weyer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Weyer; his son Timothy Przepiora (Lorrine); and his brother W. Scott Weyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In honor of David's love for animals, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hart County Animal Rescue, 2545 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643, in lieu of flowers.
