She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cox and Leona Dye Cox. She is survived by: her sons, Ron Madison (Carla) of Hartwell, GA and Tommy Madison of Jackson, MS; her sisters, Sherry Peek of Jacksonville, TN, Leslie Crawford (Paul) of Sardis, MS and Linda Lewis of Como, MS; her husband Thomas J. Madison; her son LD Madison (Buster); her siblings, David, Kendall Cox, Carolyn Johnson and Nancy Sawyer; and her grandson Scott Madison. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
In honor of Gwen's deep love for animals, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the ASPCA in her name.
