He was predeceased by: his father Larry Segars; and his wife Bobbie Sue Fraley Segars. He is survived by: his mother Ann Baker of Hartwell; his daughter Yasmine Segars of Lawrenceville, GA; and his sister April Walters (Brandon) of Lavonia.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell Tuesday (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643).
