It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Lux of Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Arthur Lux and Vivian O'Brien Lux; his son Kenneth Steven Lux (Kenny); his sisters, Vivian Lux Fulford and Dianne Lux; his niece Karen Fulford; and his great grandchild Andrew Cornelius Mihelich (Neil).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Gardner Lux of Hartwell; his daughters, Laurie Lux Foster (Paul) of Hartwell, Linda Lux Hrncir (Phillip) of Tulsa, OK, Luann Lux Martin (Philip) of Buffalo, NY and Leslie Lux Villarreal (Benny) of Othello, WA; his granddaughter MaryBeth; his great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Cadence and Emerson; his grandchildren, Sarah Foster, Carol Foster and Paul David Foster (Lauren); his great grandchild Jackson; his children, Edwin, Wilfrid, Gwendolyn and Charity Hrncir Mihelich (Andrew); his granddaughter Charlotte; his children, Phillip Hrncir II (Hilary), James Hrncir (Drew) and Gloria Hrncir Hudson (Daryle); his grandchildren, Noah, Seth and Evelyn; his children, John Hrncir and Nathanael Hrncir (Emily); his grandchildren, Oliver and Rosemary; his children, Stephen Hrncir, Christopher Hrncir (Rylee), Anna Hrncir Jones (Logan), Josie, Judah, Kayla Martin and Timothy Martin (Julie); his grandchildren, Lydia and Asa; his children, Jeremy Martin, Everly, David, Kora, Bennett and Karesa Villarreal Espinosa (Britt); his granddaughter Julia; his children, Kyler Villarreal and Jesse Villarreal; and his family Redlands. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hartwell First Methodist Church (200 E Howell St, Hartwell, GA 30643). A reception will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
