She is survived by: her children, Camille Matlack, John Matlack Jr. (Renee) and Dan Matlack; her grandsons, Johnathon (Moxie), Joshua, Jordan, Chase, Tyler Matlack and Bobby Mitchell; and her great grandchild Milo Matlack.
